harder and harder
as we kreep 
closer and closer
to that rushing 
point in the future 

we all no it
but we all see it
just the same

but whats a body to do 
about it
'cept just wait and wait

and our ancestors 
aren't much help anymore
from beyond the veil they
just shrug and say
your guess is as good as
ours
but make sure you 
get it right this time
